You would have had it right away if Microsoft had not decided to make
Windows CE incompatible with Windows 95 and NT. Unfortunately, getting K95
to work on Windows CE will be a rather big job -- and it remains to be seen
exactly how much of an understatement that will prove to be. I can't
specify a time frame other than "some time after the full-GUI version is
released", not only because the GUI version is in great demand, but also
because this is indeed a technical prerequisite for a Windows CE version.
